Why 3.6?
The name 3.6 comes from a simple observation: people connect more easily with ideas they can understand.
Years ago, while working in climate strategy, I noticed something interesting, climate discussions centered on a goal of limiting warming to 2°C. While scientifically meaningful, that number didn’t resonate with many people in the United States. Converting it to 3.6°F made the impact more tangible. So I started talking about 3.6°F instead.
Same science. Different framing.
That same principle continues to guide my work today. Whether helping organizations adopt AI, redesign work, or navigate transformation, my focus is translating complexity into clarity so leaders can make better decisions and organizations can perform at their best.
Turning complexity into capability.
